OUR DEPARTMENT:

Network, Information Technologies, and Information Security Systems Department is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, management, and security of the organization’s digital infrastructure. Under this department; software development, system and infrastructure management, network technologies, information security, artificial intelligence and data analytics, DevOps processes, ERP systems, and software testing activities are carried out with an integrated approach.

In line with the principles of high availability, scalability, and security, the department aims to contribute to the digital transformation of corporate processes by developing modern software architectures, cloud and on-premise infrastructures, automation solutions, and advanced analytics applications.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for an Senior IT Administrator who will oversee our growing technology infrastructure, make strategic decisions, and lead our team with strong leadership qualities.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy,
• Manage server, network, security, and backup systems,
• Identify software, hardware, and licensing needs,
• Lead and develop the IT team,
• Establish and monitor information security policies,
• Ensure the scalability and sustainability of IT processes across all company locations,
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure alignment with company objectives and IT needs.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role,
• Knowledge of network administration, server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS),
• Experience with security technologies (Firewall, VPN, NAC, etc.),
• Experience in project management methodologies and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT),
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills,
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

• Certifications such as ISO 27001, CEH, CCNA, Microsoft or similar,
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems,
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices,
• Experience managing hybrid system infrastructures.
