Senior IT Administrator

About the Position

We are looking for an Senior IT Administrator who will oversee our growing technology infrastructure, make strategic decisions, and lead our team with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy
• Manage server, network, security, and backup systems
• Identify software, hardware, and licensing needs
• Lead and develop the IT team
• Establish and monitor information security policies
• Ensure the scalability and sustainability of IT processes across all company locations
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure alignment with company objectives and IT needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of network administration, server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
• Experience with security technologies (Firewall, VPN, NAC, etc.)
• Experience in project management methodologies and IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Certifications such as ISO 27001, CEH, CCNA, Microsoft or similar
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Experience managing hybrid system infrastructures
