Our Department :
Human Resources department designs and manages end-to-end strategic workforce planning, talent management, performance systems, and employee experience processes in parallel with Baykar’s growing organizational structure. Developing and disseminating sustainable and high-impact human resources practices aligned with corporate objectives constitutes the core responsibility of the department.

Purpose of the Position

In line with Baykar’s strategic objectives; the role aims to effectively manage human resources processes focused on the acquisition, development, and retention of critical talent. It is targeted to establish close business partnerships with functions, accurately analyze organizational needs, support data-driven decision-making mechanisms, and develop sustainable HR solutions.

Within this scope, by adopting a holistic approach in recruitment, talent management, performance processes, and organizational development; attracting high-potential talent to the organization and supporting the development of existing employees are among the primary objectives of the position.

What Awaits You?

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes; building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and coordinating evaluation processes,
• Working closely with business units to perform needs analysis and ensure the right candidate matching,
• Contributing to talent management processes; identifying high-potential employees, creating development plans, and following up on them,
• Supporting the implementation and development of performance management processes,
• Taking an active role in projects aimed at improving candidate and employee experience,
• Conducting data analysis related to HR processes, preparing reports, and developing improvement suggestions,
• Contributing to organizational structure, role definitions, and career planning processes,
• Coordinating university collaborations, internship, and talent programs,
• Taking part in digitalization and automation projects related to HR processes,
• Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources,
• Active involvement in recruitment, talent management, and performance processes,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a data-driven approach,
• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management,
• Team-oriented and results-driven,
• Proficiency in technical English (reading and writing),
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR experience in defense industry or technology-focused companies,
• Experience in HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) role,
• Hands-on experience in talent programs, internship programs, or university collaborations,
• Experience in HR analytics, dashboard creation, and reporting,
• Experience with systems such as ATS, ERP, PLM/PDM,
• Experience in process improvement and digital transformation projects,
• Experience in interview techniques, assessment center practices, and competency-based evaluation.
