GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
•    Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Selection and Placement
•    Preferably with experience in recruiting engineers and technicians/technicians in the field of Technology
•    Good command of English
•    Communication aspectö strong, capable of time management and compatible with teamwork
•    Disciplined and highly motivated with advanced planning and organizational skills
•    Analytical thinking and strong observational aspect, prone to intense work tempo
•    Does not have a transportation problem to Hadımköy and its surroundings
•    Preferably with ERP experience
•    Completed military service or without military obligation

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Management and development of the selection and placement process of the company with the right coordination in line with company policies and strategies
•    Strategic recruitment processes for norm staff planning are carried out in a planned manner
•    Conforming to the corporate culture Making and implementing selection and placement plans for corporate values, ethical principles, mission and vision of the company
•    Keeping up-to-date on the procedures related to the recruitment process and making reports
