High Altitude
What is the Talent Program?
High Altitude is a talent program designed for 4th-year engineering students or young engineers who have graduated within the last year.
During the 12-week program, candidate engineers will have the chance to experience high-tech projects, receive training specially planned for these projects, and gain experience in work focused on the awareness of the NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVE.

High Altitude Frequently Asked Questions
We only accept applications to the Talent Program through our website.
The Talent Program will be held at the Baykar Technology Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Center. Candidates are required to participate at least 5 days a week.
Candidates accepted into the program will be able to benefit from free shuttle and cafeteria services. Participants will be paid during the program.
