Subcontractor Production Tracking Specialist
GENERAL FEATURES
• Ugraduated from engineering faculties of universities
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in one of the aerospace, defense, automotive and industrial machinery/equipment manufacturing sectors
• Subcontractor/contractor management experience
• Worked with suppliers in at least one of the fields of machining, composite, cabling, electronics manufacturing in the stages of prototype development, initial sample production and mass production
• Knowledge about production techniques, has the competence to examine and evaluate technical data packages (technical drawings, interface control documents, technical specifications)
• Excellent command of English
• Experienced in costing, financial feasibility analysis
• Has good analysis and presentation skills, and is proficient in office and project management programs
• Knowledge on quality management systems (ISO9001, AS9100 etc.) and experience in the quality and traceability obligations required by these systems

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Working with the product design and development teams to identify the parts that can be outsourced, to increase the equality of supply by taking into account the cost and quality requirements
• Identification of suitable subcontractors, evaluation of production and quality competencies and management of the approval process
• Preparing the audit programs of the subcontractors in the approved supplier list, performing audit activities within the scope of the programs; monitoring and managing quality, price and delivery performances
• Designing the parts to be produced by the subcontractors, prototyping, first sample production and management of the serial production stages, execution of the contracting process
• Resolving possible quality problems together with Quality Management, coordinating and following up the work to be done in this context with the sub-contractor
• Guiding subcontractors on quality requirements and ensuring compliance
