General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from university departments of Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant engineering disciplines,
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the integration of advanced coating systems (PVD, CVD, ALD, HVOF, LPCVD, etc.) into production processes,
  • Experienced in the installation, management, and maintenance of surface treatment lines,
  • Capable of identifying defects occurring in the coating process (e.g., cracking, roughness) and developing effective solutions,
  • Able to develop analytical solutions to technical problems and implement efficiency-enhancing practices in production processes,
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and project management skills,
  • Open to innovation, eager to learn, and willing to self-develop,
  • Preferably exempt from military service for male candidates.

    Job Description:
     
  • Working on surface treatments of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, particularly on electroplated and electroless nickel plating, passivation, anodizing, and alodine coating systems,
  • Ensuring the installation, maintenance, and management of activities to enhance the efficiency of surface treatment lines,
  • Integrating advanced coating technologies such as PVD, CVD, ALD, HVOF, LPCVD into production processes,
  • Ensuring the integration of anodizing and alodine coating systems into production lines and managing their application processes,
  • Detecting coating defects that arise during surface treatment processes and developing solution proposals,
  • Managing maintenance processes of surface treatment lines and conducting efficiency-enhancing improvement activities.
