Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Engineer
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aircraft or Aerospace Engineering.
- Preferably a master’s degree in relevant field.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in fatigue (crack initiation) and damage tolerance (crack propagation)
- Having knowledge about composites and analysis method of these materials.
- Having knowledge about fatigue (crack initiation) and damage tolerance (crack propagation) of metal and composite structures.
- Being proficient in at least one of the finite element analysis software (nCode, MSC Patran/Nastran, Abaqus).
- Having knowledge about static, dynamic and vibration.
- Preferably making hand calculations for fatigue (crack initiation) and damage tolerance (crack propagation) analysis.
