OUR DEPARTMENT:
The Digital Systems Software Technologies is a multidisciplinary team responsible for the design, development, and sustainability of digital products and software solutions developed within the organization. Within the scope of the unit, activities are carried out in the areas of iOS and Android mobile application development, backend and frontend software development, web-based applications, software testing and quality assurance processes.

The teams focus on developing scalable, reliable, and sustainable software systems by taking into account both user needs and internal operational requirements.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
In order to enhance the quality, reliability, and performance of web-based software, the role focuses on planning, executing, and reporting test processes, effectively implementing both manual and automated testing activities, and collaborating closely with software development teams to support the early detection and resolution of defects.

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for web-based applications.
• Prepare and manage test environments and test data.
• Perform functional and non-functional tests, including performance, load, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Track and report defects identified during testing processes through test management tools.
• Ensure the implementation of quality standards throughout software and system testing processes.
• Develop test automation scenarios and improve existing automation infrastructures.
• Analyze and document user and system requirements.
• Manage user accounts and authorization processes for application software.
• Provide user trainings and prepare user guides to ensure the effective use of software applications.
• Support quality-focused processes by working in close collaboration with development teams.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a university,
• 1–3 years of experience in the field of software testing,
• Knowledge and experience in software and system testing processes,
• Proficiency in preparing test scenarios, executing tests, and reporting test results,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills,
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment,
• Strong capabilities in defect analysis and troubleshooting,
• Preferably experienced in test automation,
• A career objective in software testing and test automation,
• Solution-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on user satisfaction,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours,
• Proficiency in English sufficient to follow current software technologies and testing methodologies.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED):

• Experience with test automation tools,
• Knowledge of performance and load testing,
• Experience working with test management and defect tracking tools,
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification is preferred,
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum software development methodologies,
• Familiarity with the DevOps culture and experience using CI/CD tools.
