Birimimiz

As the Structural Manufacturing R&D unit, we advance the manufacturing and integration methods of composite materials with innovative approaches to meet the critical requirements of our aerial platforms. We also translate global trends in manufacturing technologies into projects within our organization.

In the validation phase of these processes, the Structural Testing and Validation Team operating under our unit conducts advanced testing to verify the mechanical strength and life-cycle performance of the developed structural components. Through these testing and validation activities, we ensure compliance of our manufacturing processes with relevant standards and certify the structural reliability of our aerial platforms at the highest level.

Pozisyonun Amacı

A Structural Test Engineer conducts studies in areas such as test literature review, test system design, test system control, control interface design, data acquisition systems, and data processing/interpretation/analysis to verify that aerial vehicles’ structural and certain mechanical components have the required strength and fatigue life to withstand various loads they may encounter throughout their service life.

All these activities are categorized into three main engineering domains:

Test and Documentation Engineering

Test Systems Development Engineering

Test Systems Design Engineering
