General Qualifications
- Graduate of an undergraduate program in Aircraft, Space, Aeronautics, Metallurgy & Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably experienced with the CATIA design software.
- Strong 3‑D and analytical thinking abilities; result‑oriented.
- Sufficient technical English proficiency.
- Experienced with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ERP systems (e.g., Canias).
- Preferably knowledgeable in strength and static analysis, engineering materials (composites, etc.), manufacturing processes (welding, machining, etc.) and assembly procedures.
- Skilled in reading technical drawings, designing 2‑D and 3‑D parts, and applying geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (preferably ASME Y14.5).
- Familiar with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
- Knowledgeable about military and civil aviation standards.
- Able to work independently when required, while also being inclined to teamwork; strong communication skills and capable of coordinating with other teams.
- Must have no military obligations for at least the past two years; preferably already completed military service (required for male candidates)

Job Description
- Create mold‑design models suitable for the manufacturing of composite parts used in aircraft.
- Design fixtures and tooling required for the structural assembly of aircraft.
- Apply dimensioning and geometric tolerance (GD&T) rules to the designs during the modeling phase.
- Perform digital pre‑checks of completed models, review part‑to‑part and final‑assembly fit, and implement necessary modifications.
- Produce and detail 2‑D manufacturing and assembly drawings from the 3‑D designs.
- Support the procurement process for systems whose design and approval phases have been completed.

- Prepare structural inspection checklists.
- Develop the Structural Repair Manual (SRM).
- Produce damage‑assessment reports.
- Conduct R&D and literature studies to improve maintenance and repair processes.

- Interpret Non‑Destructive Inspection (NDI) reports, structural analysis reports, and.
