Structural Manufacturing Design Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from undergraduate departments of Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, Aircraft etc. of universities,
• Knowledgeable about structural components of Aerial Platforms,
• Theoretical knowledge about Strength, Statics and Engineering Materials,
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
• Proficient in using CATIA design program,
• Preferably proficient in ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Rules
• Knowledgeable about DFM - DFA,
• Knowledgeable about Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) and Project Engineering processes,
• Having multidisciplinary working awareness related to areas of responsibility,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Making integration designs of structural components of system components of platforms in R&D and product development projects,
• Making production designs considering manufacturing methods and material information of structural system components,
• Deciding on the designs of tools such as fixtures and apparatus to be used during manufacturing and integration,
• In production design activities of Composite Sub-Components; Evaluation within the framework of manufacturability and assembly and providing feedback to relevant design units,
• Defining and managing operational requirements
