Structural Maintenance Repair Technician
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from relevant departments of industrial vocational high schools, technical high schools, or vocational schools.
- Able to program and set up on Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Heidenhain control units.
- Knowledgeable about part clamping, part zeroing, tool measurement, and tool zeroing.
- Knowledgeable about machine tools and tooling.
- Able to read/understand technical drawings and have knowledge about geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (caliper, micrometer, height gauge).
- At least 3 years of experience in 3-axis and 5-axis vertical machining centers.
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a busy work pace.
- Able to work in a shift system.
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Will correctly clamp the parts to the machine.
- Will check each part during the setup using calipers and gauges.
- Will adjust the setup if issues are detected in the measurements during part inspections.
- Will process parts according to technical drawing tolerances and data.
- Will check the surface quality and burrs of the machined part and perform polishing if necessary.
- Will ensure the planned production is carried out at maximum efficiency.
- Will ensure the production programs are met on time.
- Will process parts on CNC machines and perform measurement-gauge checks of the processed parts as per daily work orders.
- Will ensure production records are kept in accordance with instructions.
