Our Department:

The PLM Department ensures that all technical data generated throughout the product development lifecycle is managed in a unique, traceable, and sustainable manner. Working in collaboration with stakeholders such as Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, the department standardizes product tree (BOM), configuration/revision management, change management, and release processes. Through process design on the PLM platform, data management, user authorization, reporting, and system integrations, it enhances corporate efficiency.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The purpose of this position is to manage and continuously improve PLM processes end-to-end and to accurately adapt them to the PLM platform. The role is responsible for analyzing user needs to design processes/applications, ensuring data quality and traceability, maintaining the proper functioning of change and release workflows, and managing the continuity of the PLM ecosystem in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving PLM business processes (change management, revision/configuration management, release, etc.),
• Creating Product Tree (BOM) structures, supporting product configuration logic, and ensuring data accuracy,
• Managing lifecycle (Lifecycle/State) flows and business rules; monitoring process performance,
• Executing the user authorization approach (role and access management) in alignment with process requirements,
• Analyzing user requests; conducting root cause analysis in case of errors and issues and developing permanent solutions,
• Preparing technical documentation for the PLM system (guides, procedures, work instructions, etc.) and standardizing knowledge,
• Managing the onboarding process of new users; creating training plans and delivering hands-on training sessions,
• Ensuring aligned execution of processes with systems integrated with PLM (ERP, MES, reporting systems, etc.) and coordinating integration needs,
• Identifying reporting/dashboard requirements; generating outputs to support management and team decision-making mechanisms,
• Working in coordination with process owners and IT to ensure follow-up of infrastructure, access, authorization, and sustainability requirements.

Genel Nitelikler

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering departments (Automotive, Mechanical, Computer, Software, Industrial, Electrical-Electronics, Aerospace, etc.),
• Knowledgeable in PLM/PDM concepts (BOM, revision-configuration, change/release, workflow, document management),
• Strong documentation discipline; capable of standardizing processes by formalizing them in writing,
• Familiar with the CAD ecosystem (preferably CATIA); able to understand the nature of engineering data,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills,
• Advanced stakeholder management skills; strong interdepartmental coordination and communication abilities,
• Good command of English (technical document reading, writing, and communication),
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; open to learning and responsible,
• Preferably knowledgeable in SQL and aware of working with data/reporting,
• We are looking for teammates with preferably process operation and user support experience in 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA or similar PLM platforms.

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Experience working with advanced administrative components on the PLM side (Lifecycle/Policy, Access Matrix, Relationship/Attribute management, etc.),
• Experience in MQL/trigger logic, automation, or designing system behaviors,
• Experience in REST API integrations or PLM externalization projects,
• Knowledge of data migration, data quality rules, and master data governance,
• Process and traceability experience in aviation/defense or highly regulated industries,
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean/Kaizen), requirements analysis, and business analysis approaches will be considered an advantage.
