GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering departments from leading universities in Turkey or worldwide,
• Experience with or knowledge of ERP software,
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant departments within the defense, aerospace, or automotive sectors,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Preferably has basic knowledge of drawing programs such as Autocad, Catia, and SolidWorks,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, high coordination abilities, and ability to work well in a team,
• Preferably experienced in ISO9001, AS9100 quality standards and processes,
• Able to think analytically, with strong analysis and reporting skills

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Production Planning Engineer
• Preparation of monthly, weekly, and daily production plans and creation of work orders,
• Timely identification of production deviations and delays, and providing solutions for bottlenecks,
• Determining material requirements for production and taking action to ensure timely production,
• Monitoring stock levels and creating action reports for parts at critical stock levels,
• Ensuring the balance between delivery times, material procurement, and production capacity,
• Preparing and monitoring production tracking reports,
• Preparing production product trees (M-BOM) in collaboration with design and production teams, and reflecting changes in production,
• Creating and keeping production routes updated in the most efficient way.

Material Requirements Planning Engineer

• Determining the material requirements for production, creating and following up on purchase requests,
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring stock optimization,
• Conducting material requirement studies for new and upcoming projects, as well as those nearing completion,
• Analyzing inactive stocks,
• Ensuring the flow of information between the Purchasing and Production Planning teams in case of material requirement changes,
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports.

Lean Production Engineer

• Analyzing production processes and creating capacity plans using lean production tools such as time studies, line balancing, value stream analysis, ergonomics, 5S, etc.,
• Conducting layout studies for existing or newly established facilities,
• Participating in continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and quality, and ensuring sustainability of these efforts,
• Identifying improvement areas in the production area in line with strategic objectives, participating in productivity and Kaizen activities, providing suggestions, and conducting audits,
• Monitoring production, analyzing and reporting performance indicators, and preparing projects to reduce losses,
• Following up on suggestion system activities and reporting them.

Warehouse Management Engineer

• Ensuring that all processes within the warehouse operate in an organized and efficient manner,
• Supervising and improving warehouse layout, inventory management, and stock control processes,
• Developing strategies for warehouse safety, product storage, and transportation arrangements,
• Conducting performance analyses, reporting, and implementing improvement activities,
• Coordinating with the supply chain to manage material flow in the most efficient way,
• Organizing training programs for warehouse staff and ensuring their development.
