Our Test & R&D Unit conducts flight testing, analysis, and R&D activities for Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI, and KIZILELMA platforms.
Within our unit, flight and ground testing, training, and analysis activities are carried out under high safety and quality standards and supported by innovative processes that are continuously developed.

Position: Flight Test Engineer

Position Objective
The purpose of this position is to plan, execute, and analyze training, test, and flight activities of Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI, and KIZILELMA platforms, to take part in ground and flight tests, and to provide technical support for R&D processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in documentation activities for training purposes
• Take part in planning, execution, and evaluation of aircraft training, test, and flight activities
• Actively participate in ground and flight tests
• Conduct flight data analysis
  
  Qualifications
• Graduate of Electronics, Computer, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, or related fields
• Experienced in MATLAB
• Able to participate in training, flight, or test activities at Flight Training Centers
• Advanced level of English proficiency
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
• Able to interpret and report analysis data
• Basic knowledge of aviation
• Adaptable to intensive work schedules and flexible hours
• Strong analytical skills with solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the field and relevant standards
• Research-oriented, development-focused, and responsible
• No restriction for domestic or international travel
