The International Industrial Cooperation Program Management Unit is an integrated program structure that plans and manages, end-to-end, the processes of technology transfer and organizational structuring aimed at enabling the overseas production of aircraft within the scope of projects carried out with international partners.

The unit’s scope includes the preparation of project plans; management of project scope and milestones; monitoring of risks and actions; conducting regular reporting and executive-level presentations; ensuring technical and operational coordination between subcontractors and customer organizations; systematically transferring the required production know-how in a traceable and measurable manner; planning and executing training programs and evaluating competency development; establishing structural technologies, electronic systems, functional testing, and integration processes; planning and commissioning the Flight Test Center structure after production and integration phases and defining its operational procedures; setting up facilities and configuring the production infrastructure; and planning and executing all logistics, shipment, and delivery operations required for aircraft production and facility establishment.

Pozisyonun Amacı

Participating in the planning, setup, and operation processes of Flight Test Centers in international projects; supporting the execution of flight tests and delivery activities in accordance with project objectives and aviation regulations.

Seni Neler Bekliyor?

• To participate in the coordination and technical supervision of the Flight Test Center's installation and commissioning activities,
• To monitor operational processes on-site by attending flight tests and delivery activities carried out in the field at specific intervals,
• To conduct technical and managerial communication in meetings held with domestic and international project stakeholders, suppliers, and user institutions,
• To plan, track progress, and report on activities within the scope of the project,
• To monitor the requirements and technical documents related to facilities, infrastructure, ground systems, and aircraft systems by coordinating with relevant disciplinary teams,
• To monitor the compliance of flight test activities and related project works with national and international aviation regulations.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduates from relevant engineering or technical departments (new graduates or experienced),
• Interested in or with field experience in flight tests and aviation projects,
• Proficient in technical document review and reporting processes,
• Proficient in using MS Office tools,
• Possessing technical-level English knowledge,
• Open to learning, able to take responsibility, and good at teamwork,
• Able to adapt to a demanding and flexible work pace,
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul.

• Experience in flight line, maintenance, testing or ground support in military or civil aviation,
•  Field experience in flight tests and operational processes.
