CAD Designer
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the departments of Mechanical Drawing and Construction, Mechanical Drawing and Construction Teaching, Aircraft Body and Engine Maintenance, etc. of universities,
- Having PLM and ERP experience,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Having 3D design experience,
- Having knowledge of machining and welding manufacturing,
- Having the ability to read and understand technical drawings,
- Having a 3D and analytical mindset, result-oriented,
- Preferably proficient in Composite Materials and production methods,
- Preferably having experience with CATIA design program
- Preferably having completed military service (For male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To design and model parts, assemblies, products or systems with defined outlines for newly developed products.
- To apply dimensioning and tolerance rules (GD&T) to the design while modeling.
- To perform preliminary control of completed modeling projects in digital environment, to check the compatibility of various parts between them and the final assembly with other assemblies and to make any necessary or desired changes.
- Developing alternative constructions according to basic data when necessary.
- Preparing and detailing 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings of created 3D designs.
- Having the first sample control production together with the units-sets to which the prototype parts are attached and organizing the work control.
- Supporting the purchasing processes of the systems whose design and approval processes have been completed.
