Technical Documentation Specialist
GENERAL FEATURES
- Graduate from universities with a degree in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronic Engineering, Information and Document Management, or related fields,
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the aerospace and defense industry),
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications, and good level proficiency in Adobe applications,
- Familiar with Project Management and task tracking software,
- Ability to analyze technical drawings and visual documentation accurately,
- Candidates must have a good command of English (preferably at least B2 level or higher),
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail,
- Eagerness to pursue a career in the aerospace and defense industry and openness to continuous improvement,
- For male candidates, completion of military service,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish the necessary technical communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed documents and manuals related to software and systems,
- Review data, drawings, and documents from technical teams to ensure they comply with standards, technical language, and writing rules.
- Detect data inconsistencies in technical documents, take necessary steps to resolve any deficiencies, assess compliance with project requirements, and ensure documents are published correctly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes and support the development of documentation procedures.
- Be well-versed in aerospace and defense industry-specific technical documentation standards and ensure that all documentation produced adheres to these standards.
