Machining Quality Engineer

General Qualifications

- Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, preferably from the departments of Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering,
- Knowledgeable in machining, raw material quality, coating, and heat treatment,
- Experienced in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, etc.),
- Experienced in using and analyzing precision measurement devices such as CMM and tomography,
- Experienced in process quality, incoming quality, visual quality, and product management,
- Experienced in organizing and managing subcontractor audits,
- Possessing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Proficient in English,
- Good communication and teamwork skills,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Curious about innovations and open to self-improvement,
- No military service obligations for male candidates,
- At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.

Job Description:

- Ensure the integration of internal production steps with quality processes,
- Organize and manage subcontractor audits,
- Work in coordination with process quality, incoming quality, visual quality, and product management teams to ensure the effectiveness of quality processes,
- Perform measurement and analysis operations using precision measurement devices such as CMM and tomography,
- Identify quality issues, propose solutions, and follow up on implementations,
- Meet the requirements of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, etc.) and ensure the sustainability of these systems,
- Supervise and improve raw material quality, coating, and heat treatment processes,
- Control and report the compliance of production processes with quality standards,
- Prepare and update quality-related documentation.
