Tool Room Technician

General Qualifications

Graduated from Industrial Vocational High School, Technical High School or related departments of Vocational Schools
Knowledge and experience on CNC machines and machining,
Preferably able to read technical drawing,
Able to use MS Office programs (especially Excel) effectively,
Preferably knowledgeable in ERP or MRP,
Knowledgeable and experienced about tool length measuring device,
Knowledge and experience of CNC tools, holders and inserts,
Warehousing and stock tracking
Caliper, micrometer, gauge etc. able to use measuring instruments
Developed communication skills, prone to teamwork,
Attention to detail, result oriented, meticulous and organized,
Able to work in shifts
Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense work tempo,
Residing / able to reside in the European side,
Teammates who have completed their military service are sought for male candidates.

Job description:

To make the flow of the tools to the operators / machines in a regular way,
To ensure that the tools to be connected are prepared according to the desired length and holder,
Precisely measuring the tool lengths in the tool length measuring device according to the relevant machine and giving the tool lengths to the relevant operators,
Adjusting special tools such as busbars to the desired diameter in the tool measuring device,
To ensure the regular use of the products in the tool room,
To follow the sharpening process in cutting tools / to do drill sharpening works in the tool room,
Making records of all materials entering and leaving the tool room in the system,
To monitor and control the stock of tools, holders and inserts,
To make regular counts of the products related to the tool room,
Opening the demands of the teams in case of need
Ensuring that toolroom records are kept in accordance with the instructions will be among the job descriptions.
