Process Improvement and Analysis Engineer

Graduated from the Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering departments of universities and meet the qualifications stated below; We are looking for a Process Analysis and Improvement Engineer who will take part in the design, installation, analysis and monitoring processes of our production lines and carry out projects to increase efficiency.

General Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in production lines and project processes,
  • Fluent in foreign languages,
  • Those who want to improve themselves in the aviation and defense industry,
  • Have reporting and presentation skills,
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical analysis methods,
  • Ability to use process modeling and simulation tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio)
  • Experienced in ERP systems and database management,
  • Experienced in at least one of the problem definition and analysis programs (Preferably Matlab, R, SPS)
  • Knowledge of and experience in applying Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies,
  • Able to communicate effectively and good at teamwork,
  • Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level, preferably with knowledge and experience of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.),
  • Having basic knowledge of Catia or NX,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours within a busy work schedule,
  • No travel restrictions,
