The integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic components of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is carried out with expertise through testing, quality assurance, and validation activities. The updating, improvement, and development of systems are ensured by utilizing technical knowledge, engineering competencies, and field experiences, actively contributing to the product lifecycle. Efforts in areas such as improving production processes, industrial automation, process standardization, and technical documentation enable operations to progress in an efficient, sustainable, and compliant manner with corporate standards. Additionally, with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities, the overall production performance of the organization is enhanced, and strategic goals are achieved. Pozisyonun Amacı
The analysis of integration processes, identification of improvement opportunities aimed at increasing efficiency in existing processes, and their implementation; strengthening inter-process integration, eliminating unnecessary steps, and optimizing resource utilization so that the organization becomes more agile, more flexible, and more competitive; and ensuring the establishment of more effective and systematic processes through the integration of digital transformation and innovative practices into processes, as well as ensuring standardization in processes by documenting these processes, are aimed.

- Analyzing the existing processes used in integration operations,
- Applying methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen for the improvement or redesign of processes,
- Regularly analyzing process performance, identifying deviations, and performing root cause analyses,
- Creating and implementing action plans to achieve defined performance targets and ensuring follow-up of implementations,
- Developing methods and standards that optimize workflows,
- Conducting standardization studies for operational processes,
- Developing and implementing productivity-enhancing improvement projects,
- Working in coordination with production, quality, engineering, and operations teams,
- Monitoring process performances and conducting KPI-based improvement activities,
- Contributing to the establishment of necessary systems for monitoring and reporting processes in digital environments,
- Supporting the integration of new equipment, software, or automation systems into processes,
- Managing change management processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders,
- Contributing to the development of methodologies that increase operational sustainability,
- Supporting the creation of process documentation, work instructions, and operational standards.
Genel Nitelikler
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering or similar engineering departments of universities,
- Able to use process modeling and improvement tools, ERP, MES, and MS Office programs at a good level,
- Possessing knowledge of dashboard tools; strong reporting and presentation skills,
- Able to think value-oriented, with high operational empathy; capable of understanding needs and defining problems, and matching them with technical solutions, possessing analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Having a result- and solution-oriented approach; with high follow-up discipline,
- Able to set direction in situations where there is no clear definition; able to take initiative or enable others to take initiative,
- Well-versed in process management methodologies and having experience in applying these principles in real scenarios,
- Able to understand integration logic and inter-system data flows; capable of foreseeing where and how a change will impact systems; having general knowledge of system integrations,
- Able to manage the big picture without missing details in a high-paced working environment and possessing crisis management skills; capable of balancing impact, effort, and risk,
- Viewing process changes not as an obstacle but as an opportunity for optimization; able to establish order even in uncertainty and maintain high energy until completing what has been started,
- Able to work simultaneously with multiple stakeholders; strong coordination skills,
- Having sufficient technical understanding to communicate effectively with technical teams and accurately analyze requirements; capable of communicating in a simple manner with operations and in a result-oriented manner with senior management,
- Having a good command of English sufficient to follow international literature and technical documentation,
- Adopting careful and meticulous work as a principle, paying attention to details,
- Open to learning new technologies and development, with high motivation,

- Experienced in large-scale manufacturing or integration organizations,
