System Engineer / Infrastructure Support Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a system engineer to provide technical support and be involved in the installation, configuration, and operational processes of developed software projects in the field.
- Installation and basic configuration on Windows and/or Linux servers
- Installation and management of services such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ
- Deployment and configuration of Docker environments
- Contributing to storage connection, network settings, and system monitoring processes
- Actively participating in on-site installations and monitoring systems
- Providing pre-installation environment preparation and post-installation support to the development team
- Taking an active role in user training and providing technical documentation support
General Qualifications
- Graduated from Computer, Electronics, or Communication Engineering departments of universities
- Knowledgeable about network and system infrastructure
- Preferably knowledgeable about video transmission systems (e.g., Wowza)
- Preferably experienced in installation and configuration on high-performance (GPU-supported) systems
- Preferably knowledgeable about ElasticSearch, Cesium server installations
- Preferably knowledgeable about redundancy structures such as Failover Cluster, SQL AlwaysOn
- Able to communicate in English at a technical level both written and verbally
- Team player, responsible, and able to take initiative
- No travel restrictions and able to actively participate on-site when needed
