GENERAL FEATURES

  • Graduates from departments such as Aeronautical and Aerospace, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Industrial Design, Naval Architecture, Materials Engineering, etc.;
  • Knowledgeable in structural design,
  • Knowledgeable in strength, statics, machine elements, mechanism techniques, and materials,
  • Capable of designing parts in 2D and 3D,
  • Knowledgeable in manufacturing methods, measurement techniques, and assembly processes,
  • Proficient in technical English,
  • Familiar with literature review processes and capable of conducting detailed literature reviews,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about composite materials,
  • Preferably experienced in the CATIA design program (Preferably in Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Sheetmetal Design, Generative Shape Design),
  • Preferably experienced in at least one structural analysis program,
  • Knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing,
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs,
  • Capable of working in a team and actively involved in technical projects,
  • Experienced in participating in design projects from start to finish,
  • Able to work in coordination with other teams related to their area of responsibility,
  • Analytical thinker, result-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively with a risk management approach,
  • Able to adapt to a high-paced work environment,
  • Committed to professional working relationships, open to innovation and development,
  • Highly responsible, with strong work ethics and discipline,
  • No domestic or international travel restrictions,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Designing pylons and their subsystems,
  • Designing pods and their subsystems,
  • Conducting literature research and reporting on pylon and pod systems,
  • Improving designs in terms of cost, weight, and functionality from conceptual design to product stage,
  • Selecting standard parts,
  • Conducting ammunition and pod placement studies,
  • Preparing part and assembly documents based on project needs,
  • Monitoring integration activities in the R&D process,
  • Preparing weapon systems maintenance manuals and illustrated parts catalogs,
  • Preparing necessary technical documentation such as procedures and checklists
