Weapon Systems Test and Integration Technician

We are seeking team members who will be involved in the processes of validating and improving the systems through testing, and who will manage the integration activities for the weapon systems projects developed within Baykar.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably experienced in the Air Force Weapons Munitions branch, with specialization as Aircraft Munitions or Aircraft Weapons System Non-Commissioned Officer,
  • Preferably experienced in the Air Force Mechanical branch, with specialization as Aircraft Hydraulic Systems Non-Commissioned Officer,
  • Knowledgeable about mechanical systems,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about hydraulic systems,
  • Preferably with technical proficiency in English,
  • Experienced in mechanical integration with good manual dexterity,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
  • Experienced in teamwork and actively involved in technical projects,
  • Capable of coordinating with other teams related to their area of responsibility,
  • Analytical thinker, results-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively with a risk management approach,
  • Able to adapt to a high-paced work environment,
  • Adopts a professional working relationship, open to innovation and development,
  • High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and discipline,
  • No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conducting and reporting the testing activities of the developing weapon systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems projects.
  • Performing the integration processes of the developing weapon systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems projects.
  • Preparing maintenance, serial production, and other documentation for the weapon systems and hydraulic/pneumatic systems projects to be delivered to the end-user.
  • Participating in field activities related to weapon systems, munitions, and hydraulics.
