Weapon Systems Test and Integration Engineer

We are looking for team members who will be involved in the design of test systems and participate in test processes for the verification and improvement of weapon systems to be developed for Air Vehicles within Baykar.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates from departments such as Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, etc.
• Knowledgeable in Mechanical Design
• Knowledgeable in strength, statics, machine elements, and materials
• Proficient in Technical English
• Familiar with literature review processes and capable of conducting detailed literature reviews
• Experienced in CAD programs
• Knowledgeable in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Experienced in teamwork and actively participating in technical projects
• Involved in design projects from start to finish
• Able to work in coordination with other teams related to their area of responsibility
• Analytical thinker, result-oriented, able to effectively handle multiple tasks with a risk management approach
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Embracing professional working relationships, open to innovation and development
• High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and discipline
• No domestic and international travel restrictions
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications (The following qualifications are preferred but not mandatory)

• Preferably experienced in CATIA program
• Preferably experienced in writing and applying test procedures
• Preferably knowledgeable in environmental test standards
• Preferably experienced in data collection systems, sensors, calibration, and their setups
• Preferably strong theoretical background in mechanical vibrations, noise, and acoustics
• Preferably experienced in vibration tests, modal tests, and sound pressure measurement

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducting necessary standard and requirement research to determine all environmental test conditions for Weapon Systems and subsystems
• Designing test systems based on environmental standards and system requirements for the execution of tests; procuring and integrating test equipment and machine elements to the system
• Planning tests, preparing procedures, interpreting results, and reporting
• Designing necessary improvements for existing test systems to increase efficiency, procuring test equipment, and integrating them into the system
