Baykar conducts the design, analysis, integration, and verification activities of weapon systems and their mechanical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems for aircraft developed within the company. Throughout the entire process, from conceptual design to mass production, end-to-end engineering studies are carried out, considering performance, weight, cost, and functionality criteria.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The aim is to design mechanical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems associated with weapon systems, create system architecture, contribute to analysis and integration processes, and verify the developed solutions in accordance with relevant standards.

Within Baykar's projects for weapon systems to be developed for aircraft, the aim is to conduct tests for the verification and improvement of these systems; this includes designing test systems and executing the tests.

• Conducting research on the necessary standards and requirements for determining all environmental test conditions of weapon systems and subsystems,
• Designing a test system based on environmental standards and system requirements to enable the execution of tests; procuring and integrating test equipment and machine elements to be used in the system,
• Developing designs in line with strength, static and functional requirements,
• Designing the hydraulic and pneumatic system architecture to be used in the test system design,
• Planning tests, preparing procedures, interpreting and reporting results,
• Designing existing test systems to increase their efficiency, procuring test equipment and integrating it into the system.

• Preferably experienced in writing and implementing test procedures,
• Preferably knowledgeable about military environmental testing standards,
• Preferably experienced in data acquisition systems, sensors, calibration and installation,
• Preferably strong theoretical background in mechanical vibrations, noise and acoustics,
• Experience in vibration testing, modal testing and sound pressure measurement is an additional qualification that may be preferred.
