It carries out design, analysis, integration, and verification activities for weapon systems—as well as their associated mechanical, structural, and hydraulic subsystems—intended for aircraft developed by Baykar. End-to-end engineering work is conducted across all stages, from conceptual design to serial production, while taking into account criteria such as performance, weight, cost, and functionality.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The objective is to manage the technical drawing processes for weapon system sub-components and parts in accordance with relevant standards—producing accurate, manufacturable, and sustainable technical drawings—while also generating the necessary engineering documentation for the systems. Furthermore, the aim is to contribute to effective coordination between design and production processes by providing technical support for product development, revision, and improvement activities.

• To ensure the execution of tolerance and technical drawing processes for all sub-components and parts of Weapon Systems,
• To ensure the advancement of processes using ASME standards in technical drawing processes,
• To report on research conducted using MS Office programs effectively,
• To create assembly, documentation, and catalog drawings,
• To participate in the improvement and revision phases of existing projects,
• To provide support for design/technical drawing studies for fixtures, apparatus, and auxiliary equipment when needed,
• To ensure the conformity of processed tolerances to manufacturing methods and tolerance control in technical drawings,
• To evaluate tolerances and technical drawings by communicating effectively with teams within the unit.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduated from Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering departments of universities, or relevant departments of vocational colleges,
• Capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings,
• Proficient in English at a level sufficient to prepare technical documentation,
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for teamwork,
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy,
• Preferably proficient in CATIA CAD software (technical drawing and design modules) with experience in creating technical drawings,
• Preferably knowledgeable about technical drawings in the aviation sector,
• Competent in using MS Office programs,
• Result-oriented and proactive in completing tasks,
• Knowledgeable about manufacturing processes (machining, forging, extrusion, plastic injection, composites, laser cutting, sheet metal forming, additive manufacturing) and measurement methods (CMM, gauges, etc.),
• Knowledgeable about Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) (preferably ASME standards),
• Possessing analytical and 3D thinking skills,
• Open to innovation and motivated to pursue continuous self-improvement,
• Capable of working interactively across teams,
• Experienced in similar positions.
