Weapons Systems Project Engineer

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates from relevant engineering departments (preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering),
• Proficient in PMI project management processes with experience in scope, budget, resources, and schedule management,
• At least 1 year of experience in Project Management,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs; knowledge and experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) is preferred,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
• Knowledge of 3D modeling programs (experience with CATIA is preferred),
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented working style,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Ability to perform reporting and documentation tasks.

We are seeking team members for the position of Project Coordinator.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan project schedules, scopes, and budgets in collaboration with project managers, and ensure control of ongoing activities,
• Prepare progress reports for projects,
• Conduct project planning and proactively identify and address issues (e.g., part production, resource shortages) that may negatively impact the project,
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on project progress to the group leader/department manager,
• Develop proactive solution alternatives to improve project management processes,
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
