Our Unit:

Conducts the planning, monitoring, control, and reporting activities of ongoing projects in accordance with project management methodologies, ensuring that projects progress in line with the defined scope, budget, and schedule targets. Works in coordination with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to the effective and sustainable management of project processes.

Position Objective:

Works with project managers to support the planning, monitoring, and control processes of projects, regularly monitors project performance, and aims to increase the effectiveness of project management processes.

What Awaits You?

• Working with project managers to develop and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning,
• Monitoring the progress of project activities and supporting the identification of deviations and the taking of necessary actions,
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly progress reports on project development to relevant managers,
• Identifying risks that may negatively impact the project (part production delays, resource shortages, etc.) in advance and developing solutions,
• Proactively working to improve project management processes,
• Ensuring coordination through effective communication with project managers and project stakeholders,
• Managing project documentation and reporting processes.

General Qualifications:

• Graduates of relevant engineering departments of universities (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering),
• Proficient in PMI project management processes, knowledgeable in scope, budget, resource and schedule management,
• At least 1 year of experience in project management,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, preferably experienced in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc.,
• Able to adapt to a demanding work pace,
• Analytical thinking, results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills,
• Team player and strong communication skills,
• We are looking for team members with reporting and documentation skills.

Additional Qualifications That May Be a Preference:

• Having project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, etc.),
• Experience with 3D modeling programs and preferably CATIA,
• Having worked on defense, aerospace, or automotive projects,
• Experience in risk management and process improvement studies are additional qualifications that may be a preference.
