Procurement and Supply Management Engineer
General Qualifications
- Graduated from an engineering department of a university ranked within the top 50,000 based on national university entrance exam success rankings
- At least 2 years of experience in serial production material or equipment procurement processes from supplier/manufacturer companies within sectors such as aviation, aerospace, or automotive, in at least one of the following supply groups:
- Machining, Composite Manufacturing, Mechanical Assembly, Laser Cutting, Welding, Surface Treatments, and Secondary Operations
- Electronic Components, Wiring Components, Integrated Units, RF Equipment
- Information Technology Components, OHS Equipment, Calibration Services, Facility Assets and Maintenance Materials, Hotel and Accommodation Organizations, Customs and Shipment Processes
- Metal or Chemical Raw Materials, Fasteners, Motion System Components, Production and Test Equipment, Engines and Peripheral Components
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing techniques and capable of reviewing and evaluating technical data packages (technical drawings, interface control documents, technical specifications)
- Experienced in cost analysis processes
- Knowledgeable about Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) and the quality and traceability requirements imposed by these systems
- Familiar with import and customs processes
- Strong follow-up skills with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities
- Having advanced English and Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; proficient in office and project management software
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Job Description
- Procurement of materials and equipment in compliance with military and aerospace standards in line with production plans, considering condition, cost, and lead time
- Identification of suitable suppliers and subcontractors; evaluation of their production and quality capabilities; and follow-up of subcontractor approval processes
- Conducting cost analysis and evaluating manufacturability/procurability of materials to be supplied, in coordination with Production and R&D teams
- Organization of logistics operations for procured materials and management and follow-up of customs permits and clearance processes
- Monitoring payments and deliveries; periodically updating and reporting managed operations in the ERP system
- Managing supplier relationships; tracking supplier- or material-related nonconformities and planning/following up corrective and preventive actions
