Our Flight Training and Test Centers are advanced technology campuses where maintenance, repair, testing and flight operations of Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI and KIZILELMA unmanned aerial vehicles are conducted, and where theoretical and practical trainings are provided for personnel assigned to field operations.

Position Objective
The purpose of this position is to perform mechanical and engine maintenance and repair activities of Bayraktar TB2, TB3, AKINCI and KIZILELMA platforms, to take part in scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, flight preparation, testing, training and field support processes in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled mechanical and engine maintenance of TB2, TB3 and AKINCI platforms
• Prepare aircraft for flight and conduct pre-flight technical checks
• Serve as instructor in theoretical and practical technician trainings
• Take part in ground and flight tests
• Participate in documentation activities for training, operation and maintenance
• Provide on-site technical support and consultancy to users

Qualifications

• Graduate of relevant departments (Aircraft Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance, Aircraft Technology, Motor Vehicles Technology, Mechanical Technology, etc.)
• Ability to participate in short and long-term domestic and international assignments
• Experience in aviation mechanical and engine maintenance activities
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and engine failures and provide corrective technical support
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to read, understand and apply technical documentation
• Detail-oriented, disciplined and adaptable to flexible and intensive working hours
