The integration of structural, mechanical, and electronic components of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is carried out with expertise through testing, quality assurance, and validation activities. The updating, improvement, and development of systems are ensured by utilizing technical knowledge, engineering competencies, and field experiences, actively contributing to the product lifecycle. Efforts in areas such as improving production processes, industrial automation, process standardization, and technical documentation enable operations to progress in an efficient, sustainable, and compliant manner with corporate standards. Additionally, with a quality-focused approach and problem-solving capabilities, the overall production performance of the organization is enhanced, and strategic goals are achieved. Pozisyonun Amacı

Responsibilities include programming and commissioning industrial robots in ongoing robotic production projects, performing process integrations, developing PLC programs, creating control software, designing control and application interfaces, building software testing and monitoring infrastructures, analyzing processes to implement improvements and digitalization, conducting testing and validation of developed software, and providing training and technical support to operators when required.

  • Developing automation solutions in the integration processes of mechanical, electronic, and structural systems
  • Design and implementation of PLC, robotic automation, and digital control systems
  • Being involved in active programming and commissioning processes with industrial robots

  • Developing image processing, software, testing, and monitoring infrastructures for integration processes

Genel Nitelikler

  • Graduate from universities in Computer, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics-Communication, Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering, or equivalent engineering departments
  • Have knowledge and experience in robotic systems and PLC applications
  • Have experience in HMI/SCADA design and development
  • Experienced in using robot simulation software
  • Have knowledge about commissioning of industrial equipment
  • Knowledgeable in field installation of industrial automation projects, 10 mapping, communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT)
  • Have knowledge in application and web-based UI/UX development in at least one of the programming languages C/C++/C#/Python/MatLAB
  • Have knowledge in industrial image processing (Machine Vision), 2D and 3D image processing systems
  • Have knowledge in data reading and data processing
  • Have knowledge in system control algorithms and superposition
  • Have ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and panel projects
  • Have advanced MS Office knowledge
  • Have high skills in error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Have sufficient technical English for writing and reading for research and documentation
  • Open to learning new technologies, highly motivated

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

  • At least 4 years of experience in the field of Robotics and Automation or software development
  • Sufficient technical English, German, and/or Italian language skills for writing and reading for research and documentation
  • Experience in testing desktop applications with automation tools
  • Experience in using programs such as Siemens TIA Portal and RobotStudio
  • Competent and flexible in different programming languages and able to support these skills with AI-based systems
  • Basic knowledge of servo motors, motion control, and robotic systems
  • Knowledge in 3D point cloud and stereo-vision topics
  • Experience in machine learning and deep learning applications
  • Knowledge in advanced mathematics, control theory, and optimization of complex dynamic systems
  • Knowledge in installation, commissioning, and process optimization of industrial production lines
  • Knowledge in setting up and running robot simulations in ROS/GAZEBO environment
  • Knowledge of robot safety standards such as machine safety (CE, ISO)
