Job Description

Our engineering division is responsible for the development of RF & Microwave Systems used in the aircraft produced within our company.

We are currently looking to recruit for the following positions:

  • RF & Microwave Hardware Design Engineer
  • RF & Microwave Systems Engineer
  • RF & Microwave Integration and Test Engineer

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, or Mechatronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of RF & Microwave systems,
  • Experience in system engineering including platform-level RF architecture design and configuration studies,
  • Hands-on experience in RF system design and analysis using MATLAB Simulink or similar tools,
  • Proficiency in using Spectrum Analyzer, VNA, RF Measurement Probe, RF Signal Generator, and other RF test equipment,
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise technical reports and presentations that detail design solutions and implementation steps,
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel, and willingness to work on-site for short or extended periods,
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to adapt to flexible and intensive working hours as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Radio, Data Link, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Satellite Communication, and RF-based Positioning Systems,
  • Practical experience in aircraft/platform-level systems engineering,
  • Experience with Radar Cross Section (RCS) analysis and the ability to support such studies using analysis tools,
  • Practical experience with Beamformer integrated circuits,
  • Experience in radar-based distance measurement systems,
  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field,
  • Experience in publishing international papers, articles, or conference presentations,
  • Practical experience in high-frequency (up to 40 GHz) PCB manufacturing,
  • Experience in SDR (Software Defined Radio)-based projects,
  • Experience in high-frequency (up to 40 GHz) circuit design,
  • Proficiency in at least one 2D or 3D PCB design and EM analysis software,
  • Familiarity with and experience in PCB design rules and best practices.
