The International Operations Management Unit manages the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and reporting processes of all activities related to overseas projects.
Pozisyonun Amacı
The objective is to support the selection of the most suitable and effective system, in coordination with the Business Development Unit, in line with the end user’s requirements—including the contract preparation phase to be conducted with the armed forces or any relevant institution of a foreign country.
Following the signing of the contract, the aim is to plan and conduct the required meetings in accordance with the Project Management Plan (such as the Kick-Off Meeting, Project Management Review (PMR) meetings, as well as Training and Logistics meetings), and to coordinate the entire process—from aircraft production to delivery to the end user—in alignment with the delivery schedule, in close collaboration with both the factory and the customer.

Within the scope of the assigned country project:
- Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and reporting processes of project activities.
- Plan and conduct the required meetings in accordance with the Project Management Plan (such as the Kick-Off Meeting, Project Management Review (PMR) meetings, as well as Training and Logistics meetings), and ensure the completion of action items recorded in the meeting minutes.
- Ensure necessary coordination with the relevant country’s project office and project manager regarding project progress, and when required, coordinate with other force project managers.
- Coordinate and ensure the submission of project-related correspondence, reports, and ongoing action items with the relevant departments; organize coordination, information-sharing, or motivation meetings with related units and personnel, and follow up on decisions taken.
- Plan and execute inspection, acceptance, and shipment processes in coordination with Production Planning, Procurement, Configuration and Delivery Management, Integrated Logistics Support, Ground Systems, Finance and Customs departments, as well as subcontractors.
- Verify that requests received from the assigned country are registered in the JIRA system and communicate the outcomes of actions taken by the relevant departments to the end user.
- Coordinate and monitor, together with the Integrated Logistics Support unit, the operational availability of aircraft and related equipment, and ensure the resolution of malfunctions.
- Supervise, audit, and evaluate the performance of personnel in the assigned country as well as project management staff involved in project activities.
- Monitor personnel rights and administrative matters of field personnel in the assigned country and other project management staff, including accommodation, catering, transportation, shift/work schedules, work discipline, and occupational health and safety processes.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure the preparation of required certificates and documentation in accordance with the assigned country contract.
- Plan and coordinate user personnel training in cooperation with the Çorlu/Keşan UETM and follow up on all related activities.
Genel Nitelikler
- Graduated from the departments of Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering disciplines at universities,
- Preferably holds a Master’s degree,
- Has an advanced level of English proficiency,
- Has advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Possesses strong error analysis and troubleshooting skills,
- Open to learning new technologies and highly motivated,
- Demonstrates strong teamwork, project management, and communication skills,
- Able to adapt to an intensive work pace and flexible working hours,
- No restrictions on travel.
Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler
- Having experience in Military/Civil Aviation and/or the defense sector,
- Possessing 5 or more years of professional work experience,
- Demonstrating strong communication and motivation skills, with leadership qualities including planning, initiative, and problem-solving abilities,
- Preferably able to speak and write in Arabic.
