The Artificial Intelligence Software Technologies department is a dynamic R&D department that develops AI-based software solutions and conducts research- and development-focused projects. Within the department, technical teams and project management processes operate in an integrated manner, delivering advanced technology projects primarily in the defense and aerospace sectors.
Pozisyonun Amacı
The purpose of this position is to manage the planning, monitoring, coordination, and reporting processes of projects developed under Artificial Intelligence Software Technologies. The role also involves ensuring effective communication among project teams and contributing to the successful progression of projects in line with defined objectives.

Genel Nitelikler
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related, fields; or currently pursuing/completed a Master’s or PhD degree in these disciplines,
- Proficiency in English sufficient to read and understand technical documentation,
- Technical knowledge and experience in project development processes,
- Experience in project planning, execution, and evaluation,
- Proficiency in project management and office software tools,
- Strong reporting and documentation skills,
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours,
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler
- Knowledge of project management and version control tools such as JIRA, and Git,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex challenges,
- Ability to conduct risk and opportunity analyses and develop action plans,
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban),
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management processes,
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
