General Qualifications

  • Graduated from university departments such as Aircraft Body-Engine Maintenance, Aircraft Technology, or experienced in military/civil aircraft maintenance and repair,
  • At least 2 years of experience in piston engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes,
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the aviation or defense industry,
  • Knowledgeable and capable of actively using basic measurement tools (torquemeter, calipers, micrometer, comparator, etc.) and hand tools (torque wrench, safety wire pliers, etc.),
  • Authorized to read and interpret technical documents and drawings,
  • Proficient in English and technical language (reading, speaking, and writing),
  • Skilled in handcraft, highly motivated, and able to adapt to a busy work pace,
  • Team-oriented, careful, and meticulous in work,
  • Knowledgeable about aviation human factors, foreign object damage (FOD), etc.,
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours,

Job Description

  • To perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repair, and overhaul of piston engines and components.
  • To conduct disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measurement, troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing activities in accordance with relevant procedures.
  • To complete and record all documentation related to maintenance, repair, and manufacturing without any omissions.
  • To maintain the order and arrangement of used equipment, tools, and fixtures.
