Our unit is an engineering and manufacturing organization with indigenous production capabilities, carrying out the design, production, testing, and maintenance of advanced engine systems—primarily piston and gas turbine engines.

Position Purpose

The purpose of the Propeller Manufacturing and Maintenance Technician position is to ensure that propellers are manufactured, maintained, and kept operational in a safe, high-quality, and sustainable manner in accordance with design and engineering documentation and operational requirements.

What Awaits You

  • Performing assembly, testing, measurement, and balancing operations in propeller manufacturing processes in accordance with technical documentation,
  • Carrying out propeller maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities in compliance with established procedures,
  • Performing fault detection and supporting corrective actions through root cause analysis,
  • Conducting measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards,
  • Completing post-production and maintenance reports, inspection forms, and technical records accurately and completely,
  • Working in coordination with quality, production, and engineering teams,
  • Fully complying with occupational health and safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment,
  • Participating in field, testing, or customer support activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from university programs such as Aircraft Technology, Aircraft Airframe and Engine Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields,
  • Experienced in propeller manufacturing, assembly, and/or maintenance-repair processes,
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and effectively using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.),
  • Knowledgeable about Occupational Health and Safety, 5S, and quality management systems (ISO, AS9100, etc.), with a strong commitment to aviation discipline,
  • Able to safely use hand tools as well as pneumatic and hydraulic equipment,
  • A team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined work approach,
  • Willing and able to work in a workshop environment, adapt to a fast-paced workload, and work in shifts,
  • For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
