Our company, operating in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, is looking for PCB Manufacturing Technicians/Technologists to join our team in the printed circuit board (PCB) production processes. The ideal candidates will be responsible for following production instructions, monitoring process parameters, conducting quality control, and contributing to the safe, traceable, and standards-compliant execution of production.
 

What to Expect: 

• Participating in panel preparation, surface cleaning, dry film lamination, exposure, development, etching, and film removal (DES) processes in PCB production.
• Performing CNC drilling, contour milling/routing, deburring, and brush surface cleaning operations according to production instructions.
• Preparing chemical baths in through-hole plating (PTH), copper plating, and surface finishing processes; monitoring process parameters such as temperature, time, pH, and concentration.
• Performing soldermask application, exposure, development, and curing processes; providing support to screen printing processes when necessary.
• Conducting intermediate and final production checks. • Checking dimensions, hole diameter, line width, surface quality and visual defects with appropriate measuring equipment
• Performing daily checks, cleaning and user-level maintenance activities of production machines; • Using chemicals in accordance with occupational safety and environmental regulations
• Completing production orders, process tracking forms, consumption and chemical records, nonconformity notifications, and traceability documents in full
 

General Qualifications
• Graduates of vocational high schools or vocational colleges in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Chemical Technology, Laboratory Technology, Process Technology, Metallurgy and Materials Technology, or related technical departments
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in PCB, electronic manufacturing, metal plating, or chemical process fields
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing steps and basic printed circuit board terminology
• Able to read and apply technical drawings, production instructions, process sheets, and control plans
• Preferably with basic knowledge of Gerber and hole (Excellon) files
• Able to use calipers, micrometers, magnifying glasses/microscopes, and basic electrical measuring instruments
• Aware of chemical bath monitoring, chemical preparation, personal protective equipment use, and safety data sheets (SDS)
• Preferably IPC-A-600, • Knowledge of IPC-6012 or similar PCB quality standards
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Able to read basic English technical documents
• High manual dexterity, attentiveness, and production discipline
• Able to adapt to flexible and demanding working hours
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• For male candidates, completed military service
