Qualifications

  • Graduated from the departments of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Special Processes (such as welded manufacturing, thermal spray coatings, shot peening, metal forming, etc.),
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings at an advanced level,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Good command of English,
  • Preferably proficient in CATIA software,
  • Preferably experienced in manufacturing simulation and production modeling software,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
  • Able to work flexible hours.

Job Description

  • Ensuring the sustainability of atmospheric and vacuum heat treatment furnaces, contributing to the commissioning processes of aviation products, conducting process optimization activities, and managing the procurement of consumables and support equipment.
  • Preparing plans for process qualification tests such as Bench-Nozzle and TUS tests and carrying out acceptance tests.
  • With experience in welding methods such as TIG, MIG/MAG, EBW, and brazing: determining the required jigs, fixtures, and tooling in line with product requirements; tracking consumables; and optimizing process parameters in accordance with aviation standards.
  • Planning surface treatment processes such as thermal spray, plasma spray, HVOF, and shot peening; defining and optimizing process parameters; conducting necessary inspections to meet surface quality requirements; identifying consumable and equipment needs for surface engineering; and carrying out field optimizations.
  • Optimizing plastic deformation process parameters; working with plastic forming processes such as roll forming, spinning, and forging; selecting the appropriate method and equipment based on part requirements; ensuring the continuity of relevant machinery and equipment.
  • Researching, developing, and producing fixtures and materials to be used in special processes; monitoring the performance and functionality of fixtures used in processes.
  • Planning and implementing machining processes for engine components; selecting appropriate manufacturing methods; managing processes with knowledge of advanced machining procedures and special machining techniques.
