Operational Quality and Control Engineer

General Qualifications

• Graduated from universities in the departments of Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Electrical-Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering,
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality and control,
• Able to use design programs at a basic level (preferably CATIA),
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Experienced in ERP programs,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably knowledgeable about AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management system standards and having participated in these processes,
• Experienced in risk analysis and quality control methods (FMEA, SPC, etc.),
• Experienced in problem solving techniques (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D),
• Preferably knowledgeable about composite materials,
• Capable of reporting and presenting effectively,
• Careful and meticulous in work,
• Adaptable to teamwork, with strong communication and coordination skills,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving ability,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours within a busy work schedule,
• For male candidates, they have completed their military service or it has been postponed for at least 2 years,
• Residing in or able to reside in Istanbul.

Job Description

• Carrying out activities in line with AS9100 quality management system requirements in the integration line for electronic, mechanical, and structural integration/assembly processes,
• Actively participating in quality control processes to ensure product and process reliability in the integration line,
• Planning, tracking, and reporting quality control processes for products,
• Implementing improvements in quality control processes,
• Reporting non-conformities detected in the integration line and supporting the resolution processes,
• Defining and developing control standards/methods for products,
• Evaluating the effectiveness of devices and equipment used in quality control processes.
