The user interface software for all UAVs produced by Baykar and acclaimed worldwide is developed by the HMIST (Human Machine Interaction Software Technologies) department. Our department designs user‑friendly,  reliable, and innovative interfaces. And we continuously carry out development processes. By adopting a user‑centered design approach, we conduct user interviews, tests, and research; the data obtained are used to constantly improve both the design and the software components.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The purpose of this position is to manage the developed products from planning through implementation while adhering to national and international standards as well as company procedures. The role also includes fulfilling the responsibilities of R&D projects related to the department and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of existing processes.

• Coordination of projects on calendar and resource management,
• Ensuring team management and coordination in projects,
• Executing the project planning and follow-up process.

Genel Nitelikler

• Preferably graduated from Computer, Software, Industrial Engineering or Management Information Systems departments,
• Responsible,works well in a team and has planning, organization and coordination skills,
• Proficient in Software Life Cycle processes and having knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile,
• Having knowledge of preferably AS9100, STANAG, AQAP etc. quality processes,
• Focused on self-improvement, open to criticism and giving importance to communication,
• Able to coordinate projects on calendar and coordinate resource management,
• Able to provide team management and coordination in the project,
• Capable of following up the literature and versions of the developments,
• Capable of carrying out documentation, training and simplification in order to ensure operational excellence,
• Able to think analytical and with problem solving skills,
• Able to conduct risk or opportunity analyses and develop corresponding action plans.
• Preferably with PMP, Scrum certificates,
• Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office programs,
• Proficient in English,
• Able to work at an intense pace in office and field conditions 
• Has no travel restriction.
