Wax Assembly
Assembly
Our department develops advanced engineering solutions for engine systems and carries out design, analysis, materials, manufacturing, testing, and validation activities in an integrated manner. Within our scope, material-, manufacturing-, and performance-oriented development of engine components and subsystems is conducted, new technologies are implemented, and technical improvement activities are carried out throughout the product lifecycle. In addition, we manufacture critical components through precision casting processes.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that wax assembly operations—one of the critical stages of the precision casting production process—are carried out accurately, systematically, and efficiently in accordance with technical drawings, work orders, and quality standards. It aims to contribute to production continuity and product quality through the careful preparation, assembly, and visual inspection of wax components, support the recording of process data, ensure the effective use of equipment, and contribute to uninterrupted process flow by working in coordination with relevant production teams.
• Preparing wax components, pouring gates, and runners in line with work orders and technical drawings,
• Performing trimming operations on parts received from the wax injection department and conducting visual quality inspections,
• Systematically performing cluster wax model assemblies in accordance with relevant instructions and technical drawings,
• Carrying out assembly operations using fixtures, torch lighters, brushes, hot wax, adhesives, and similar equipment,
• Identifying potential defects during assembly and resolving them using repair wax,
• Ensuring compliance of products with quality standards and conducting detailed inspection processes,
• Regularly recording and reporting daily activities,
• Performing daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment used,
• Working in coordination with the ceramic team to ensure that completed assemblies are transferred to the next stage on time and without deficiencies,
• Maintaining strong internal communication and working collaboratively to achieve production targets,
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and providing suggestions.
• Graduate of associate degree programs in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related fields, or relevant vocational high schools,
• High level of manual dexterity; able to work carefully and meticulously in processes requiring fine craftsmanship,
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings and reviewing CAD data,
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes,
• Ability to take an active role in a disciplined work environment and collaborate effectively with engineers and researchers,
• Following developments in the field, able to develop innovative approaches and adapt to changing work conditions,
• Strong sense of responsibility,
• Advanced time management and situational awareness skills,
• Proficiency in general technical tools and programs such as MS Office.
