The Engine Division is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes of piston and gas turbine aviation engines. Within this scope, engineering, production, quality, and testing activities are carried out in an integrated manner to ensure the development and delivery of high-performance and reliable engine systems.

Pozisyonun Amacı

The Production Planning Engineer, who will take part in the manufacturing processes of piston and gas turbine aviation engines, will be responsible for effectively managing all operational processes from the supply chain to production and assembly planning. In this role, critical activities such as creating product trees (MBOM), planning production flows, managing capacity and resources, and onboarding new suppliers will be carried out. The candidate is expected to work in coordination with production, quality, and engineering teams to increase process efficiency and contribute to achieving production targets in a timely, accurate, and sustainable manner.

• Creating and monitoring short-, medium-, and long-term production plans for the manufacturing processes of piston and gas turbine engines,
• Creating, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of product trees (MBOM),
• Planning assembly processes and defining workflows and operation sequences,
• Taking an active role in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes,
• Researching, evaluating, and onboarding existing and potential suppliers,
• Managing supply chain processes in alignment with production plans,
• Performing capacity, workforce, and resource planning, and conducting bottleneck analyses,
• Carrying out improvement activities to increase efficiency in production processes,
• Optimizing production processes by working in coordination with test, quality, and engineering teams,
• Monitoring and reporting production data through ERP systems,
• Ensuring that production targets are achieved on time and in compliance with quality standards.

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related departments of universities,
• Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or operations management,
• Experienced in ERP/MRP systems,
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
• Knowledgeable in product trees (MBOM), routing creation, and assembly processes,
• Experienced in supplier management and development processes,
• Preferably experienced in the aviation, defense, or high-precision manufacturing industries,
• Preferably proficient in English,
• Proficient in using MS Office applications,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and planning skills,
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment,

Tercih Nedeni Olabilecek Ek Nitelikler

• Knowledgeable about aviation standards (e.g., AS9100),
• Experienced in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies,
• Knowledgeable in PLM systems,
• Previously worked on engine manufacturing or critical subsystems,
• Experienced in project management,
• Possessing advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
