The Engine Technologies department develops advanced engine and propulsion technologies and carries out research and development, production, and testing processes through an integrated approach.

Pozisyonun Amacı

To ensure that production processes on the engine production line are carried out efficiently and in compliance with quality standards, and to contribute to operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.

Seni Neler Bekliyor?

• Design, installation, and optimization of assembly lines (line balancing, takt time, workstation design). 
• Design, document, and continuously improve production processes (SOPs, work instructions, BOMs, etc.). 
• Analyze breakdowns and downtime on production lines, identify root causes, and coordinate maintenance/improvement actions. 
• Develop and implement practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability. 
• Actively participate in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Conduct feasibility studies and manage approval processes for assigned projects. 
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets. 
• Ensure technical equipment meets required quality and specifications. 
• Lead projects that contribute to cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and sustainable production objectives. 
• Resolve quality issues originating from internal and external customers. 
• Ensure and enhance occupational health, safety, and ergonomics standards. 
• Ensure effective coordination with other production departments and teams. 

Genel Nitelikler

• Graduated from Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related engineering disciplines,
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in production/assembly engineering,
• Knowledgeable in assembly line design, production processes, and process development,
• Proficient in lean manufacturing tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) and continuous improvement practices, 
• Experienced in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCCA, etc.),
• Able to read technical drawings and use 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.),
• Knowledgeable about quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949,
• Familiar with ERP systems, production planning, and BOM management.,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Strong communication skills and effective in cross-team coordination,
• Capable of effective communication and guidance across different organizational levels, 
• Adaptable to change, open to learning, and development-oriented,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Preferably proficient in English.
