Birimimiz

As the driving force behind the National Technology Initiative, Baykar develops indigenous and original high-tech Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) systems, creating a global impact with our proven platforms. With an end-to-end engineering approach—from R&D to production—we continue to spearhead projects that push the boundaries of innovation.

Our unit develops advanced engine technologies, managing design, material, production, quality, and testing processes through an integrated approach.

Pozisyonun Amacı

We are looking for teammates who can model structural analysis of piston and turboprop engines in both 1D and 3D, create subsystem models, provide design feedback based on these models, define boundary conditions in simulation environments, evaluate model accuracy, report results, and guide design decisions when necessary.

Seni Neler Bekliyor?

By performing component and system analyses of piston and turboprop engines, you will help guide the design and optimize the engine:

  • Performing linear/nonlinear static and dynamic analyses,
  • Conducting modal and transient dynamic analyses,
  • Performing high-cycle, low-cycle, thermal, and thermomechanical fatigue analyses,
  • Conducting rotordynamics analyses and determining critical speeds,
  • Performing thermal, creep, and damage analyses,
  • Building 1D and 3D subsystem and system models,
  • Performing manufacturing simulations,
  • Conducting topology, topography, and composite optimizations,
  • Correlating analysis results with test data and calibrating structural analysis models accordingly,
  • Tracking tasks, reporting, and delivering presentations.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering,
  • Prior experience in finite element analysis and proficiency in at least one engineering software,
  • Basic knowledge of statics, dynamics, strength of materials, and machine elements,
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written,
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills,
  • Willingness to develop in dynamic analysis or multibody dynamics,
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
  • Analytical mindset with strong research and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours in a fast-paced work environment.
