Engine Aerothermal Analysis and Control Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduates of Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Space and Aircraft Engineering, Control and Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering departments from universities.
- Proficient in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
- Experienced in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
- Experience in engine performance calculations, engine system calibrations, engine control software, model-based high-level software development processes, and combustion chamber design and analysis.
- Knowledgeable in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Proficient in at least one simulation software.
- Preferably familiar with at least one commercial CFD software.
- Preferably proficient in at least one programming language.
- Preferably knowledgeable in optimization methods and data processing.
- Open to learning and proficient in English.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Aerothermal Design CFD Engineer
- Model fluid mechanics and heat transfer analyses of engine systems using 3D CFD analysis methods.
- Perform both time-independent and time-dependent CFD analyses.
- Expertise in engine aerothermal design.
Performance and Modeling Engineer
- Convert 3D systems into 1D and 0D systems.
- Identify optimal values in the system and perform parametric sensitivity analyses.
- Set up simulation environments and calibrate them with real test data.
- Convert physical models into mathematical models using machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Control and Calibration Engineer
- Model-based development of control algorithms for systems.
- Perform Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) tests.
- Conduct calibration tests on engine test systems.
- Perform high-level software calibration for engine systems.
