Metallurgical Engineer
Candidates who have graduated from universities' Material and Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering departments can apply.
General Qualifications
- Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in validation or quality in the Aerospace or Automotive sectors,
- Experienced in dimensional quality control processes, with in-depth knowledge of measurement techniques,
- Experienced in axial and dimensional measurement validation processes, especially proficient in tolerances and standards,
- Proficient in dimensional and geometric validation procedures, able to effectively manage quality control processes,
- Able to read and analyze technical drawings and tolerances, and check the dimensional compliance of products,
- Capable of measuring with 3D measurement devices (CMM, Laser Scanning, etc.) and accurately analyzing measurement data,
- Experienced in collecting, organizing, and analyzing measurement data,
- Able to actively participate in the preparation and implementation of measurement plans,
- Able to evaluate and analyze measurement results and prepare technical reports,
- Able to prepare dimensional quality control reports and share them with relevant departments,
- Experienced in product design and engineering documentation,
- Able to perform quality control and failure analysis in production processes,
- Developed problem-solving ability in production and validation processes,
- Preferably knowledgeable in ERP and MRP programs,
- Proficient in a foreign language,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work,
- Team-oriented,
- Effective communication skills,
- Strong reporting and presentation skills,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours in a high-paced work environment,
- For male candidates, must have completed military service or have a deferment for at least 2 years,
- Residing in or able to relocate to Istanbul,
- Able to work in shifts,
- No travel restrictions,
