Mechanical Testing Technician
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably a graduate of associate degree programs in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or similar fields,
- Preferably has experience working in a materials laboratory,
- Experienced in mechanical tests and measurement devices,
- Possesses knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings,
- Having knowledge about quality control processes,
- Having knowledge about materials used in aviation,
- Able to work in shifts,
- Has previously actively participated in team projects,
- Strong communication skills
We are seeking a team member for the position of "Mechanical Test Technician" with the above qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting mechanical testing processes and operating testing equipments,
- Working in coordination with the manufacturing team to monitor the production processes of test samples and ensure their compliance with technical drawings,
- Writing and applying test procedures, and having knowledge of test standards,
- Performing test planning and reporting tasks using MS Office programs,
- Archiving test results and managing quality control processes,
- Carrying out equipment maintenance and calibration processes,
- Preparing maintenance, calibration, and operating procedures for test instruments,
- Specializing in the use of at least two mechanical testing devices,
- Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of testing processes by following current standards and literature,
- Having a strong understanding of the operating principles of testing equipment and staying updated on the latest technologies in test devices.
