Mechanical Supplier and Incoming Quality Engineer
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from the Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aircraft, Automotive, Materials and Industrial Engineering departments of universities
- Experienced in the analysis, development and implementation of quality processes (supplier and incoming quality control) required by design and production activities,
- At least 2 years of experience (in total) in production processes and quality management systems of defence, aerospace or automotive companies,
- Experienced in different processes and/or products, with high skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings,
- Experienced in AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949 quality standards and their operation,
- Knowledgeable about ERP programs,
- Able to use at least intermediate level MS Office programs,
- Experience with the first article inspection process,
- Preferably, has experience in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC studies.
- Preferably have AS9100 auditor certificate,
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking),
- High analytical thinking and problem solving skills, able to work result-oriented,
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented,
- Able to manage time and stress,
- Open to development and responsible,
- No travel restrictions when and where necessary,
- Experience in setting up processes
- Knowledgeable about problem solving techniques,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing relationships with suppliers and managing DF or 8D processes, focusing on improving product quality.
- Performing supplier audits according to relevant standards.
- To prepare the necessary technical documentation and reports and to keep records.
- Collaborating with Quality Management Technicians, performing routine quality checks when necessary, and providing support for research and testing methods.
- Managing the first article inspection processes.
- Monitoring supplier performance, analyzing data and providing solutions or suggestions for process improvements.
- Carrying out internal audits.
- Establishing a process and writing its procedure when needed, and carrying out improvement work for existing processes and procedures.
- Evaluate process capability and develop plans to reduce errors, defects, and variability.
- Collecting the necessary data to conduct supplier risk analysis.
