GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

To be assigned to the unmanned aerial vehicle projects carried out by our company;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering,
  • Successful in and interested in courses such as Dynamics, Strength of Materials, Mechanism Design, Machine Theory/Dynamics, Mechanical Vibrations, Finite Element Methods, System Modeling and Simulation,
  • Experienced in the design of hydraulic systems,
  • 2D and 3D part design, geometric dimensioning and tolerance determination,
  • Has knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods,
  • To be actively involved in a teamwork and technical project,
  • Able to work both individually and in a team,
  • Analytical thinking, result; focused,
  • Preferably with CATIA V5 design program experience,
  • Experience with dynamic modelling and structural analysis programs,
  • Have Technical English proficiency,
  • We are looking for teammates who don't have a military relationship for at least 1 years.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design control surface systems (actuator selection, placement, sizing) and perform their analyses (kinematic, structural, dynamic, thermal) and calculations, 
  • Design landing gear shock absorbers, folding mechanisms, brakes, and steering (actuator selection, placement, sizing, tire selection) and conduct their analyses (kinematic, structural, dynamic, thermal) and calculations, 
  • Developing system design requirements and verification methods in accordance with relevant standards,
  • Follow the prototype production and integration processes of the systems and carry out test activities, 
  • Performing system modeling and simulation activities and validate them with test results, 
  • Report and define the technical specifications of systems and equipment, 
  • Review Turkish and English literature related to the systems, 
  • Carry out standardization and certification activities.
